Head of Finance Transformation

Zeren is partnering with a high-growth, international, private equity-backed B2B services group entering its next phase of scale and integration.

The business operates across a complex multi-country, multi-entity environment and has grown through both organic expansion and acquisition. Finance is now central to value creation: improving visibility, strengthening controls, integrating acquisitions and building a scalable global operating model.

This newly created Head of Finance Transformation role reports to the Group CFO and will lead the redesign of how finance operates across the group.

The role will suit someone hands-on, structured and delivery-oriented: strategic enough to design the future-state model, but practical enough to make transformation happen.

Key priorities will include:

• Defining and delivering the global finance transformation roadmap.
• Designing and implementing a finance target operating model across processes, governance, structure and service delivery.
• Standardising core finance processes across RTR, OTC, P2P, FP&A and treasury.
• Improving finance systems, ERP capability, reporting tools, automation and data platforms.
• Supporting the evolution of shared services, including governance, service quality and scalable delivery.
• Embedding automation and AI-enabled finance use cases.
• Providing programme governance and PMO oversight for finance initiatives, including M&A integration.

What you'll bring:

• End-to-end finance transformation experience across process, systems and data.
• Experience designing and implementing finance target operating models.
• Shared services experience, including process ownership, KPIs and governance; strong OTC understanding is critical.
• ERP implementation experience; NetSuite is highly desirable.
• Experience with automation, reporting tools, data governance or AI-enabled use cases.
• Experience in acquisition-led or post-M&A integration environments.
• Prior PE-backed or high-performance value creation exposure.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
