About the role

As Nordic Pricing & Product Manager, you will play a key role in STADA Nordic’s generics business. The role can be based at one of our Nordic offices in Copenhagen, Stockholm or Helsinki.


You will be responsible for driving pricing strategy, portfolio management, product launches, market analysis and tender support across the Nordic markets. You will work closely with colleagues in Commercial, Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs and other functions to ensure that STADA’s generic products remain competitive, relevant and well-positioned.


This is a central role with broad exposure across the organisation and a clear impact on our continued commercial growth in the Nordic region.


Key responsibilities

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and optimising the generic product portfolio across the Nordic markets
  • Developing and supporting pricing strategies based on market data, competitor activity and commercial opportunities
  • Planning and coordinating new product launches, including forecasts and launch preparations
  • Conducting market analysis to support product, pricing and portfolio decisions
  • Supporting retail tenders, including pricing, documentation and internal coordination
  • Handling ongoing portfolio-related tasks such as product changes, regulatory updates and internal projects


Your profile

You have a strong commercial and analytical mindset and enjoy working in a complex environment with many stakeholders. You are structured, business-oriented and able to turn insights into clear recommendations and actions.

Ideally, you have experience from the pharmaceutical industry or with generic products, but this is not a requirement.

We imagine that you bring:

  • A relevant commercial, pharmaceutical or scientific educational background
  • Experience within product management, portfolio management, pricing or another commercial role
  • Solid experience with pricing strategy, preferably within pharmaceuticals, generics or another regulated industry
  • Experience with market analysis, forecasting and commercial decision-making
  • Knowledge of the Nordic pharmaceutical market and generic medicines is an advantage
  • Project management experience or a structured approach to driving tasks forward
  • Knowledge of the Norwegian generics market or dose dispensing is an advantage
