Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Laser Equipment Sales Representative to join our sales team. The Laser Equipment Sales Representative will be responsible for selling our company's laser equipment products to businesses and organizations in a designated territory. This individual will play a key role in identifying prospects, building relationships, and closing sales to achieve revenue targets.
What You'll Do:
- Identify and target potential customers for laser equipment products, including manufacturing companies, research institutions, medical facilities, and other organizations.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing product demonstrations, technical support, and assistance with product selection.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals, as well as following up on inbound inquiries and leads.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to prospective customers.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers, ensuring agreements are profitable and aligned with company objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, engineering, and customer support, to ensure customer satisfaction and successful product delivery.
- Stay informed about industry developments, technological advancements, and customer requirements to inform sales strategies and tactics.
- Must have experience with Pharm/Medical, Defense and Commercial sales.
What You’ll bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
- 2-4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably selling technical or industrial products, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of laser technology and applications, including laser cutting, engraving, marking, welding (preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with customers and establish long-term relationships.
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed, with a results-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
