Technical Support & Operations Manager


Full-Time | In-Office | Sisters, Oregon

We are seeking a highly organized, hands-on Technical Support & Operations Manager to lead customer support, technical troubleshooting, service coordination, and operational workflow for our growing company.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem solving, improving systems, staying organized, and helping build efficient operations in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, technically capable, and able to communicate professionally with both customers and internal teams.

We develop and support technology-driven systems used by businesses nationwide and are looking for someone who can help strengthen and scale our support and operational processes.

Responsibilities
  • Manage daily customer and technical support operations
  • Troubleshoot software, hardware, and system-related issues
  • Coordinate service calls, repairs, and customer follow-up
  • Communicate with software developers and technical teams regarding issues, updates, and improvements
  • Oversee inventory, equipment tracking, shipping, and receiving
  • Maintain organized reporting, spreadsheets, and service documentation
  • Help improve internal systems, workflows, and operational efficiency
  • Provide timely, professional communication with customers and vendors
  • Assist with onboarding and support training as the company grows
Qualifications
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in technical support, operations, service management, or similar roles
  • Comfortable working with software systems, spreadsheets, and technical troubleshooting
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and follow-through
  • Self-motivated with strong accountability and attention to detail
  • Leadership or management experience preferred
Preferred Experience
  • Technical support or IT support
  • Operations or service coordination
  • Software systems or programming support
  • POS, kiosk, or hardware/software systems
  • Shipping, receiving, and inventory management
  • CRM or support ticket systems
