Job Summary
Parks Medical Electronics is seeking a Manager of Inside Sales & Customer Service to lead both inside sales functions and customer service. This role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence while building and leading a quota-driven inside sales team that consistently meets and exceeds revenue targets.
Responsibilities
• Lead customer service team (3–4 staff) handling order entry, fulfillment, and customer communication
• Ensure high order accuracy, responsiveness, and customer satisfaction
• Oversee ERP/CRM systems and drive process improvements
• Lead inside sales team (2–3 reps) with direct accountability for meeting and exceeding quotas
• Develop outbound sales strategies including targeting, scripts, and campaigns
• Run pipeline reviews, track metrics, and coach team on closing deals
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, finance, and marketing
• Drive continuous improvement across systems, workflows, and team performance
Qualifications
- B.S. in Business preferred
- 5+ years experience in inside sales.
- 2–5 years leadership experience managing quota-carrying teams
- Strong CRM/ERP experience (Salesforce, NetSuite, etc.)
- Background in medical devices or manufacturing preferred
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
