Job Title: Bilingual Rater Specialist

Required Engagement: 5–6 hours per day

Role Overview

We are looking for detail-oriented and analytical professionals to join our team as a Bilingual Rater Specialist. In this role, you will work closely with AI systems to design, evaluate, and refine prompts, ensuring high-quality outputs through structured research and critical analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research and translate findings into clear, structured, and actionable content
• Design and refine prompt requirements based on testing and iterative improvements
• Analyse AI-generated outputs to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and areas for enhancement
• Perform red teaming to uncover weaknesses, edge cases, and potential failure points in prompts and responses
• Continuously improve prompt performance through experimentation and feedback loops
• Collaborate with internal teams to align outputs with project guidelines and quality standards

Required Skills

• Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to synthesize information effectively
• Excellent written communication and structured documentation skills
• Educational or professional background in Psychology, Social Sciences, Anthropology, or related fields
• Understanding of human behaviour, cognition, and decision-making patterns
