About the Client

Our client is a consultancy business focused on digital transformation and custom design solutions for organizations. The company delivers expert software development, process automation, and global talent services, combining AI-powered hiring solutions with practical business support. With a focus on real results, it helps organizations streamline workflows, build tailored software, and access skilled professionals for project and growth needs.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals
• Create compelling job postings to advertise open positions effectively
• Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess applicants' qualifications for cultural fit and role-specific skills
• Shortlist and present candidates to hiring managers for further consideration
• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team needs
• Provide guidance on market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability
• Develop and execute strategies to meet current and future hiring needs
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback
• Coordinate interviews, manage scheduling, and facilitate onboarding activities
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Ensure recruitment practices comply with employment laws and regulations

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in successfully building relationships with clients / stakeholders
• Good people skills
• Exercises Common sense / Emotional intelligence / Self-awareness
• Technically savvy - fast & an enthusiastic, willing learner
• Ability to multi-task and flourish in a fast-paced environment
• Wearing many hats - "willing to do what it takes attitude"
• Important to you: Wants to grow; professionally and personally
