Founders Associate (Operations)

The next ten years of AI will not be won in software. They will be won in the physical world. In factories, hospitals, kitchens, fields, and homes. The companies that own that data will own the century.

MicroAGI is building it. We are the data layer for physical AI.

You will be the right hand to our COO. You will keep the operational engine of the company running. Coordinating across teams, planning resources, hitting deadlines, and turning the messy parts into systems that scale.

What You Will Do

• Coordinate across operations and between teams. Engineering, product, GTM, finance. You make sure the right hands meet at the right time.
• Plan resources and timelines. Track what's in flight, flag risk early, escalate cleanly.
• Identify process bottlenecks and rebuild them. If something happens twice and it's painful both times, fix it.
• Run the operational rhythm of the company. Standups, weekly reviews, sprint planning, whatever the team needs.

Requirements

• Leadership experience. You have steered a team to a tight deadline before, in a real environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication. You can hold a room and run a thread.
• High agency - you don't wait to be told what to do.
• Fluent in English. German is a plus.
