Your new role
As E-commerce Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day trading and optimisation of the brand's online store. Working closely with the Head of E-commerce, you will take ownership across multiple aspects of digital commerce, ensuring a seamless and premium customer journey.
Your responsibilities will include managing and merchandising the Shopify website, overseeing product uploads and seasonal launches, and maintaining site content and digital assets. You will monitor performance metrics such as traffic, conversion, and average order value, using insights to identify opportunities for optimisation and growth.
Alongside website management, you will take responsibility for customer experience, overseeing online customer service, managing returns and exchanges, and resolving queries to maintain a high standard of service. You will collaborate with internal teams including warehouse and operations to resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
You will also contribute to social media and digital marketing efforts, supporting content planning, publishing, and community management across key platforms. Monitoring trends, analysing performance, and supporting campaigns will form an important part of your role.
Additionally, you will provide operational support across digital and brand activity, including coordinating photoshoots, managing digital assets, and supporting PR and marketing initiatives.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will have prior experience in an e-commerce or digital role, ideally within a fashion or lifestyle brand. You will bring strong working knowledge of Shopify and an understanding of online trading, merchandising, and website management.You will be commercially aware, with a good grasp of e-commerce KPIs and the ability to interpret data to drive performance improvements. Experience with social media platforms, content scheduling tools, and digital marketing is also important.
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are essential. You will be a proactive, solutions-focused individual with excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
An interest in fashion, particularly within the premium or luxury space, will be highly advantageous.
