ABOUT OUR CLIENT

A leading US headquartered global financial institution with a balance sheet exceeding $2 trillion and a strong footprint across investment banking, capital markets, and advisory. The firm serves multinational corporates, financial sponsors, and institutions globally, with coverage across Industrials, TMT, FIG, and Healthcare, and an integrated approach across M&A, ECM, and DCM. The Frankfurt office is looking to hire at Senior Associate / Vice President level.

WHAT THE JOB INVOLVES

• Lead execution of M&A, equity, and debt transactions, overseeing all phases through to closing

• Build and review complex financial and valuation models, ensuring accuracy and strategic insight

• Coordinate due diligence, manage advisors, and drive transaction timelines

• Prepare and deliver client presentations, marketing materials, and investment recommendations

• Manage junior team members and ensure high quality execution across workstreams

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Strong academic background with a Bachelor’s, Master’s degree or MBA

• 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, or consulting

• Strong analytical and commercial mindset

• Proactive, independent, and team oriented

• Full professional fluency in German and English
