About The Position
A Customer Service Representative at Print NW oversees projects from beginning to end and acts as the main link between customers, sales representatives, and production teams.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Coordinate multiple projects at once, making sure deadlines are met
- Stay in regular contact with both customers and sales representatives
- Work closely with Sales to confirm customer needs and expectations are understood
- Keep customers informed with updates and respond to questions
- Send and obtain approval on proofs before production
- Identify potential issues early and suggest solutions
- Other duties, responsibilities, and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Commercial printing experience is a bonus but not a requirement
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and OneNote
- High level of accuracy, exceptional organization skills, and attention to detail
- Reliable attendance, excellent communication skills, and being a team player
- Maintain a high level of quality, accuracy, and productivity
- Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing, writing, and other computer-related tasks
- Extended periods of sitting while working at a computer workstation
- Periodic standing and walking to engage with team members and collaborate across departments
- Occasionally required to lift and move materials, products samples, or equipment weighing up to 25 pounds
