What You’ll Do
As our Indirect Loan Processor, you’ll support our dealerships, branches, and members by assisting with the review, auditing, and funding of indirect loans. You’ll be a key point of contact during business hours and play a special role in supporting members.

The Details
- Location: Lacey, WA
- Pay Range: The range for this position is $22.12-$33.18 per hour with a target range of $22.12-$27.65 per hour, depending on relevant experience and qualifications. Spanish speakers can also earn a monthly $250 incentive.

- Provide support to members for loan-related inquiries.
- Learn to process, audit, book, and fund indirect and consumer loans (auto, RV, boat, powersports, personal, credit card, home improvement, solar).
- Review and verify loan applications, income, and documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Prepare and process loan documentation, disclosures, UCC/DOL filings, payments, and payoffs.
- Ensure loans are processed accurately, timely, and in accordance with internal timelines and service standards.
- Partner with dealerships, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues and meet turnaround expectations.
- Respond to dealership, branch, and Indirect Lending support needs and inquiries.
- Assist with internal and external audits and examinations; maintain complete and compliant loan files.
- Follow credit union policies and all applicable state and federal lending regulations.
- Prioritize and manage daily workflow while providing high-quality member service.
Requirements
- Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be able to pass a background and credit check.
- At least one year of credit union or banking experience is preferred.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, both spoken and written, is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize deadlines, and assess potential risk to the credit union.
- Demonstrated ability to identify errors and take appropriate corrective action.
- Proficiency in spreadsheet and word-processing applications.
- Ability to learn and apply lending regulations, financial services policies, and procedures.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
