Carrier Sales Representative

As a Carrier Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for sourcing new and existing carrier partners to service our customers with a high level of transparency and attention to detail. The Carrier Sales Representative will be a strong relationship builder, determined to elevate service and leverage market conditions and carrier partnerships to achieve the long term financial goals of Logan Premium.
This role is fully onsite in our Skopje, MK office Monday through Friday, between 14:00 and 23:00 MK Time.
Compensation for this role is a combination of salary plus commission for every load you book.
What You’ll Do
- Use digital platforms to source new and existing carrier partners for high volume lanes.
- Negotiate with carrier partners to enhance margin and achieve financial goals.
- Track active loads to ensure on time pick up and delivery.
- Resolve in-transit issues by working cross functionally across departments.
- Communicate with teammates and carrier partners to service our customers effectively and catch issues before they arise.
- Highly communicative.

- Highly competitive and driven to win.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of carrier sales or dispatch experience.
- Dispatchers must be highly motivated to learn and transition into brokerage.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain a high volume of load count and carrier management.
- Experience in McLeod is a huge plus.
- Proven ability to work both as a team and an individual contributor.
