Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Talent Partner. The Senior Talent Partner will be responsible for driving talent acquisition strategies to attract exceptional candidates, managing end-to-end recruitment processes, and fostering strong relationships with hiring managers. Additionally, the role includes advising on talent management initiatives, operating as a trusted advisor on workforce planning, and contributing to the development of Scissero’s employer brand. The role will require collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless candidate experience and alignment with company goals.

Qualifications
  • Strong expertise in full-cycle recruitment, talent sourcing, and employee onboarding processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in talent management, workforce planning, and implementing progressive HR strategies to drive talent engagement and retention.
  • Ability to develop and execute employer branding initiatives to attract top talent in a competitive market.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and data analytics to inform talent strategy.
  • Results-driven mindset with strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Previous experience recruiting for roles in legal services, technology, or related industries is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
