In strong growth and made up of a multicultural team of around fifty people, Luxurynsight recruits curious, structured, and motivated candidates wishing to invest in a pioneering and singular business project, in a buoyant, dynamic and inspiring sector. To support its development, Luxurynsight is looking for qualified profiles in growth (marketing, sales, customer success), tech (developers, product), data (data engineer, business & data analyst), insights (insight analysts, project managers), and research (research and competitive intelligence officer).
Job Description Hybrid internship role located in Paris, from September 2026 to February 2027. As a Business Development Intern, you will operate at the intersection of business strategy and market intelligence, working directly with the commercial team and in close collaboration with marketing, data, and insights teams. You will be actively involved in C-level prospection within top luxury groups.
Lead generation & qualification
Identify and structure strategic prospects across luxury using sales & CRM tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Lemlist, etc.).
Market and event intelligence
Track key industry events, speakers, and news to proactively offer new methods and means of targeted outreach.
Strategic sales support
Extract insights, case studies, and benchmarks from Luxurynsight platforms to fuel sales campaigns.
Sales performance tracking
Maintain clean CRM data and monitor lead flow and performance to track sales performance and identify key points to improve.
Luxury marketing or management master’s student in a gap year or preferably end-of-studies (coursework in Business strategy, management, marketing, or equivalent)
Strong appetite for the luxury market, data insights, and commercial development
Structured, proactive, execution-driven
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & French
Business-level English required, French strongly recommended
Comfortable with digital tools, CRM, and fast-paced environments
Prior business development, sales, or equivalent experience in luxury is not a must, but a strong plus
