Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the regional business plan, ensuring alignment to broader organizational strategy and achievement of growth and profitability targets.
- Drive operational performance across a multi-state portfolio, optimizing structure, resources and capability to deliver efficient, high-quality service outcomes.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, supporting revenue growth through strong client engagement and alignment to national sales objectives.
- Maintain strong financial oversight, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control and performance analysis to ensure sustainable returns.
- Build and manage senior client and stakeholder relationships, ensuring delivery against contractual commitments and long-term partnership development.
- Provide visible, values-led leadership to a geographically dispersed workforce, fostering a culture of accountability, engagement and continuous improvement.
- Champion a strong safety and compliance culture, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and organizational standards across all operations.

- Queensland mining and resources experience.
