Role: European Project Director / Business Unit Lead (MEP – Data Centres)

Location: Frankfurt, Germany

Employment Type: Permanent

Salary: €150,000 – €160,000 + package

Rotation: Available for non-local candidates

This is a rare opportunity to step into a business-critical leadership role, heading up the European function for a growing international MEP contractor in the data centre space.

You’ll be responsible for building, shaping and leading the delivery capability across Europe, starting with a major Frankfurt data centre project but with a clear mandate to expand beyond a single scheme.

This is not just project delivery – this is owning a region.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading the European delivery function for data centre projects, starting in Frankfurt
• Taking ownership of both project delivery and commercial performance across the region
• Acting as the senior interface with clients, helping to win and grow accounts
• Building and structuring teams across Project Management, Commercial and Site Delivery
• Driving standards, processes and consistency across European projects
• Overseeing large-scale MEP packages while maintaining a strategic view across multiple projects
• Supporting pre-construction, bid strategy and client engagement
• Managing senior stakeholders internally and externally
• Playing a key role in scaling the business across Europe

What you’ll need

• Background as a Senior Project Manager / Project Director / Contracts Manager within MEP or mission-critical environments
• Strong experience delivering data centre or large-scale MEP projects
• Commercially astute – comfortable owning P&L, contracts, and margin
• Experience managing teams, not just projects
• Ability to operate across delivery + business growth
• Comfortable in a fast-growth environment where structure isn’t fully built yet
• Strong client-facing capability, ideally with experience helping win or expand work
