Responsibilities
- Attract and recruit new sales talent while engaging in PLACE Talent Attraction Consulting and implementing systems.
- Analyze agent activity to create personalized success plans and coach sales professionals, ensuring accountability for goal achievement.
- Develop expert knowledge in mortgage financing, neighborhoods, schools, and all other homeownership-related subjects.
- Commit to the following weekly: Agent Coaching, Trainings, Partner Calls, and Leadership development trainings through PLACE programs.
- Become proficient in PLACE technology to ensure our sales professionals effectively utilize database capabilities and manage their leads according to our standards.
- Oversee negotiations, "doctor" deals, and ensure contracts are executed successfully.
- Drive sales growth by maintaining and creating CRM campaigns, while continuously consulting with clients and pushing towards yearly sales goals.
- Accountability-based leadership, driving people to achieve goals

- Real estate license
- 5+ years of industry and sales experience required
- 3+ years of leadership experience preferred
