Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Schedule appointments and coordinate service calls
- Assist with filing and data entry
- Communicate with technicians and office staff regarding schedules and updates
- Process emails and provide general administrative support
- Help maintain inventory and office supplies
- Perform other office duties as assigned
- Previous administrative or office experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer systems
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the pool industry is a plus, but not required
