A well-established California construction business is hiring an Executive Assistant to the CEO.
This is a high-trust role supporting a busy CEO in a fast-moving environment. They need someone organised, proactive, polished, and able to stay calm when priorities change.
The company has a strong local reputation, a close-knit culture, and a long-term approach to hiring. It is a good fit for someone who wants to be part of a stable business where people are treated properly, not like a number.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing the CEO’s calendar, meetings, reminders, and priorities
- Coordinating travel, itineraries, events, and logistics
- Drafting emails and professional correspondence
- Handling confidential information with discretion
- Managing expenses, invoices, files, contacts, and records
- Supporting client gifts, events, vendors, and internal coordination
- Helping with basic tech issues across Teams, Zoom, iPhone, iPad, etc.
- Supporting personal tasks and ad hoc requests when needed
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years supporting a senior executive
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Polished communication and good judgement
- Calm under pressure and able to adapt quickly
- Confident handling confidential information
- Strong Microsoft Office, Teams, Zoom, Canva, and CRM experience
- Construction or real estate experience is a plus, but not essential
Compensation & benefits:
- $105,000 – $125,000 base DOE
