Role Description
We’re looking for a hands-on General Manager to own our flagship store in San Francisco end-to-end. You’ll run daily operations, hire and lead a high-energy team, uphold uncompromising standards, and make sure every customer leaves feeling the brand. This is a build-from-zero role. You’ll help shape systems, culture, and execution from day one. We would also hope to have the successful candidate transition into a larger operational role within the company as we roll out our unique concept of coffee bars across San Francisco and North America aggressively over the next 3 - 5 years.
Requirements
- Proven experience running a high-volume, high quality coffee bar, restaurant, fast food or hospitality concept
- Strong leadership, high standards, and calm under pressure
- Operator mindset. You see problems and fix them
- Pride in execution and ownership mentality
