We’re growing extremely quickly, added $1M ARR in 30 days, and are onboarding customers faster than we can manage—so we’re looking for a Growth Engineer to build internal tools and workflows to augment our team.
What You'll Do
- Design and ship user interfaces that delight—clean, intentional, and thoughtfully detailed
- Own features end-to-end: from design concept through implementation to launch
- Work with product and customers to understand what matters most and iterate based on feedback
- Build frontend components and systems that scale—write clean, maintainable code
- Collaborate with engineers to make design and implementation work together seamlessly
- Push back on bad ideas and propose better solutions—your taste and judgment matter
- Own part of the core product roadmap and help define what gets built next
- You ship interfaces that users actually love and choose to use
- You identify friction in the product experience and solve it with better design and implementation
- You balance speed with quality—you ship fast but you don't compromise on details
- Your code is clean and maintainable; your design is intentional and serves the user
- You take full ownership—you don't wait for someone else to solve problems you see
- High agency & self-direction – Acts without waiting for requirements or detailed instructions
