About the Role
We are hiring experienced FP&A Analysts II to help train and evaluate next-generation AI systems on advanced financial planning workflows. As an FP&A Analyst II, you bring a step up in ownership — leading forecast cycles, building complex multi-scenario models, and driving cross-functional financial insight. You'll work directly with researchers to ensure AI outputs reflect that elevated level of analytical sophistication, using your Bloomberg Terminal access to ground outputs in live market data.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate AI-generated outputs on multi-scenario financial models, rolling forecasts, and P&L ownership
- Design advanced FP&A scenarios including sensitivity analysis and long-range planning edge cases
- Review model reasoning on cross-functional business partnering and executive-level reporting
- Provide detailed feedback on forecast accuracy, planning assumptions, and financial communication
- Annotate datasets and create high-quality training examples reflecting Analyst II-level complexity
- Leverage Bloomberg Terminal to validate macro assumptions embedded in planning models
- Collaborate with researchers to refine AI performance on complex FP&A use cases
- Document financial reasoning with the clarity expected in senior stakeholder communications
Requirements
- 4-10+ years in FP&A or corporate finance, with demonstrated progression in analytical ownership
- Experience owning forecast cycles and complex multi-scenario financial models
- Professional Bloomberg Terminal experience (required)
- Strong understanding of P&L dynamics, working capital, and business driver analysis
- Strong written communication and analytical skills
- High attention to detail
- Willingness to provide candid, experience-based feedback
Preferred
- Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) and FP&A platforms (Anaplan, Adaptive)
- Interest in AI/ML applications in finance
- Background in corporate FP&A at a publicly traded company
