Head of Equity Operations

• Own/maintain cap table
• Validate options vested and exercised
• Manage all activity related to equity across a global remit
• Implement and continuously improve Shareworks
• Work closely with Legal, Accounting, and Finance teams to support equity-related reporting
• Think about post-IPO equity structure

IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

• Experience in equity operations/stock administration
• Ideally experience in a high-growth technology environment
• Deep knowledge of equity instruments
• Familiarity with UK equity regulations
• CEP designation required
  

High-growth AI/Technology business is looking to hire its first ever Head of Equity Operations to build, scale, and own a global equity program from the ground-up.

The ideal candidate will help to foolproof the equity infrastructure for post-IPO realities

This role is hybrid, and can be based in NYC or the SF/Bay Area
