How You'll Make An Impact

• Owning statutory accounting, governance, internal controls, and audit/tax interactions
• Leading, mentoring, and developing the accounting team (internal or external); promoting accountability and continuous improvement
• Leading full close cycles. Monthly/quarterly/annual; ensures accuracy and completeness
• Overseeing and checking all balance sheet reconciliations. (intercompany, AP/AR, bank, accruals, prepayments)
• Ensuring the preparation of statutory financials per local GAAP for each country in the scope. Ensuring full compliance
• Ensuring the preparation of consolidate accounts per IFRS. Ensuring full compliance
• Preparing/providing data for VAT, CIT, WHT; cooperating with Corporate Tax, external advisors, and authorities
• Primary audit liaison, managing full audit cycle
• Developing, implementing, and enhancing internal controls and local accounting policies
• Driving process optimization
• Working with Treasury, Controlling, Corporate Finance, FP&A and business stakeholders

What Makes You a Great Fit

• University degree;
• ACCA or equivalent;
• 5+ years progressive accounting experience;
• Experience leading teams;
• International environment experience;
• Advanced Excel; English fluency;
• Experience in Financial services sector is advantageous
