We are currently looking for an Executive Assistant to join our lively and fast-paced team in Birmingham. This is an exceptional opportunity to be a key part of a forward-thinking organisation, providing essential support to senior management and ensuring seamless daily operations.
Hours of Work: full time
Executive Assistant Duties: As an Executive Assistant, you will provide dedicated support to the MD and senior leadership team. Your responsibilities will include preparing meeting minutes, organising complex travel arrangements including hotels, flights, and trains, and creating detailed itineraries. You will manage travel receipts, calculate and provide Daily Allowance (DA), prepare memos and acknowledgment forms, and arrange meetings with agents and stakeholders. Additionally, you will be responsible for collecting monthly reports, coordinating important meetings such as MANCOMM and Monthly Compliance Committee (MCC), assisting with quarterly board preparations, handling day-to-day communications, and supporting other tasks as assigned by your Line Manager. Executive Assistant Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar secretarial role
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant administrative software
- A proactive attitude with the ability to prioritise and adapt quickly
- Competitive salary ranging from £26,500 to £28,500 gross per annum (dependent on experience)
