What You’ll Do
Guide and Enroll Future Students
- Connect with prospective students through phone, email, text, and in-person interactions
- Build authentic relationships to understand goals, motivations, and program fit
- Lead students through the enrollment process with clarity, professionalism, and care
- Conduct interviews and ensure accurate, timely completion of enrollment documentation
- Maintain consistent follow-up to support students through every step of their journey
- Own and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance and conversion goals
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM
- Manage appointments and communications with responsiveness and accountability
- Support onboarding, training, and mentoring of Admissions Advisors and new hires
- Lead or assist in training sessions, sharing best practices and proven techniques
- Partner with Admissions leadership on team development and special projects
- Deliver a professional, welcoming, and student-centered experience at every touchpoint
- Conduct campus tours (when onsite) that bring the Joyce experience to life
- Participate in events such as orientations, graduations, and outreach initiatives

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of admissions experience (higher education strongly preferred)
- Proven success in meeting and exceeding enrollment and conversion goals
- Strong consultative communication skills — you listen first, then guide
- Confidence presenting, training, and mentoring others
- High level of organization, accountability, and attention to detail
- Experience working with CRM systems and managing a structured pipeline
- Deep understanding of the admissions process and student lifecycle

- Lead by example — modeling professionalism, integrity, and performance
