Big Red Jelly is looking for a high-energy, results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive new revenue growth through both inbound lead management and outbound prospecting
- Grow and expand revenue from current client accounts
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of 4 in-house sales representatives
- Collaborate closely with our marketing and lead generation team to align strategy
- Develop and execute sales strategies to hit quarterly and annual targets
- Manage and optimize our HubSpot CRM for pipeline visibility and reporting
- Represent Big Red Jelly at networking events, expos, and industry functions
- Build and maintain a personal book of business through networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Proven track record in B2B high-ticket sales (required)
- Prior sales leadership or management experience preferred
- Background in marketing, branding, or digital services is a strong plus
- Proficient with HubSpot CRM or ability to quickly learn it
- Strong network and ability to generate your own qualified leads
- Excellent communicator, relationship builder, and closer
- Self-starter who thrives in a performance-driven culture
THE OPPORTUNITY
Our sales team currently receives 100–200 inbound leads per month — and growing. As Sales Manager, you’ll have a built-in pipeline to work from day one, while also developing your own pipeline through networking, referrals, and strategic outreach.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Annual On-Target Earnings: $150,000+
