Jobsite Administrator (Construction)

Location: Hollywood, FL

About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Jobsite Administrator to support our project teams in the field. This role partners closely with the Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager, and Superintendent to keep projects running smoothly by managing administrative processes, documentation, and coordination between the jobsite and home office.

What You’ll Do

Project Coordination & Administration

  • Support day-to-day administrative operations of the jobsite
  • Coordinate with home office teams on payroll, purchase orders, and documentation
  • Assist with tracking orders, deliveries, and project-related logistics

Communication & Team Support

  • Serve as a key point of communication between field teams and office staff
  • Collaborate with Project Managers, Superintendents, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment

Material & Logistics Coordination

  • Help coordinate material deliveries to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment
  • Maintain organized records of orders and deliveries

Compliance & Safety

  • Perform all duties in accordance with environmental health and safety standards
  • Support documentation and processes that align with company and jobsite requirements

General Support

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Ensure consistent attendance and reliability on-site
  • Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support project success


What You Bring

Education

  • High School Diploma or GED required

Experience

  • Prior administrative experience required (construction or contractor environment preferred)
  • Experience supporting field teams or project-based work is a plus

Skills

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Clear and professional communication (both written and verbal)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
