We are seeing an increasing demand from our gaming clients and we're growing our network of Talent Acquisition Consultants to meet it. If game recruitment is what you do, this is a good time to get in touch!

We've worked hands-on with some of the most recognized studios in the Nordic games scene, such as Paradox Interactive, Mojang, Embark, Star Stable, Fast Travel Games and more. We work directly with studio leadership on real hiring challenges and our sub contractors are an extension of that.

What We Are Looking For

Our studio partners trust us because we understand their world and we deliver. That reputation means the bar is high and we need consultants who can step in, get up to speed fast and run multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.

• Real, hands-on experience in games, you know the studios, the roles and where the talent hides
• Proven ability to run high-volume recruitment and still close well
• Strong sourcing skills
• Stakeholder management that goes beyond just keeping people happy, you push back when needed and set realistic expectations
• Comfortable working independently, you don't need a lot of hand-holding to deliver

What The Work Looks Like

• Owning recruitment end-to-end across tech, game development, creative to name a few
• Running active search
• Working closely with hiring managers and leadership, sometimes in fast and a bit chaotic environments
• Keeping several processes moving at once without letting quality or candidate experience slip
• Being a trusted advisor to hiring managers - whether that's rethinking a requirement profile, adjusting the search approach, or suggesting the right next step when a process isn't moving in the right direction
