DescriptionTo meet the growing demand for our technology and services, we are now seeking a Junior Account Manager to join our UK Sales team. The Junior Account Manager supports YouLend’s UK merchant. The role focuses on helping small businesses access funding and ensuring a smooth customer experience throughout the financing application process.Key Responsibilities
- Daily communication with business owners via phone and email
- Explanation of our financing solutions and support throughout the application process.
- Ensure that all necessary financing information is available to merchants.
- Use of our internal YouLend systems and enterprise technology platforms to process applications.
- Building and managing your own sales pipeline.
- Focus on successful deals and high customer satisfaction.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- You want to start or continue your career in sales (e.g. after studies, training or as a career changer)
- You work in a goal-oriented and performance-driven manner.
- You enjoy communicating with people and are persuasive on the phone.
- You are organised, with a high attention to detail.
- You have a customer focussed mindset.
- You're comfortable using Microsoft Excel.
