Job Description

You will be the Systems Engineer Manager - Training & Curriculum Development Team for the ADP Maintenance Training and Curriculum Development Team which is responsible for delivering high‑quality maintenance training products, technical curriculum, and instructional solutions that support advanced aerospace and defense programs.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Systems Engineer Manager - Training & Curriculum Development Team you will be responsible for shaping the vision, strategy, and execution of training curriculum and instructional systems across multiple locations. You will lead a functional engineering team, partner with stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement of training effectiveness.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Lead the development, implementation, and advancement of training curriculum, technical courseware, and simulation‑based solutions.
  • Oversee a geographically dispersed team in Marietta‑GA, Palmdale‑CA, and Fort Worth‑TX, ensuring alignment with program priorities and customer needs.
  • Drive workforce competency strategies, mentor personnel, and foster an agile, collaborative culture of technical excellence.
  • Coordinate with Sustainment, Vehicle Systems, Mission Systems Engineering, suppliers, and customers to deliver integrated training products.
  • Manage resource allocation, assign personnel to tasks, and adjust priorities to meet evolving business requirements.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance with an investigation within 5 years to start.
