What You Will Be Doing
As the Systems Engineer Manager - Training & Curriculum Development Team you will be responsible for shaping the vision, strategy, and execution of training curriculum and instructional systems across multiple locations. You will lead a functional engineering team, partner with stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement of training effectiveness.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Lead the development, implementation, and advancement of training curriculum, technical courseware, and simulation‑based solutions.
- Oversee a geographically dispersed team in Marietta‑GA, Palmdale‑CA, and Fort Worth‑TX, ensuring alignment with program priorities and customer needs.
- Drive workforce competency strategies, mentor personnel, and foster an agile, collaborative culture of technical excellence.
- Coordinate with Sustainment, Vehicle Systems, Mission Systems Engineering, suppliers, and customers to deliver integrated training products.
- Manage resource allocation, assign personnel to tasks, and adjust priorities to meet evolving business requirements.
