Overview:
Senior leadership role responsible for overseeing all operational functions related to construction execution, procurement, and post-sale customer experience. This position partners closely with executive leadership to drive performance, quality, and strategic initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop teams across construction, purchasing, customer experience, and operational support functions
- Build and maintain a high-performance culture centered on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Ensure alignment with company objectives, operational standards, and overall business strategy
- Establish and enforce policies, processes, and best practices to support efficient and consistent project execution
- Oversee trade partner and vendor relationships, including selection, performance management, and quality assurance
- Identify and implement improvements in construction methods, materials, and processes to enhance efficiency, reduce cost, and improve outcomes
- Ensure compliance with all applicable safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements, including oversight of documentation and training
- Monitor and drive key operational and financial metrics, including cycle times, cost controls, and quality benchmarks
- Utilize internal systems and reporting tools to analyze performance and guide decision-making
- Support additional initiatives and responsibilities as needed

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- 10+ years of experience within residential construction or related industry, including senior leadership responsibility
- Proficiency with standard business software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Experience with construction or operational management systems preferred
