Role Summary
Define and lead next-generation AI and compute platform architectures, from concept through production, across compute, memory, storage, networking, power, cooling, and rack integration. This position reports directly to the CTO, with ownership of platform architecture and product definition.
Key Responsibilities
- Own platform definition for AI and server systems (training, inference, storage-integrated)
- Translate hyperscaler and customer requirements into production-ready architectures
- Drive system-level trade-offs (performance, cost, power, thermals, reliability)
- Lead cross-functional alignment across board design, SI/PI, firmware, manufacturing, and supply chain
- Partner with silicon and technology vendors (CPU, GPU, accelerators, memory, IO, networking) on differentiated designs
- Define multi-generation platform roadmaps (2–3 year horizon) and drive execution across architecture and engineering teams
- 12–15+ years in server, AI infrastructure, or hyperscale system architecture
- Deep understanding of CPU/GPU systems, memory hierarchy, IO, and rack-scale integration
- Experience with platform definition and customer co-design
- Strong system-level thinking and ability to operate across hardware/software boundaries
- Proven track record delivering systems from concept to production
- Work across multiple silicon and technology ecosystems
- Architect systems from concept through global, rack-scale deployment
- Engage directly with hyperscaler and AI-native customers
- Operate at the intersection of platform design, manufacturing, and scaled deployment
