Our agents must ensure that all communication channels are answered promptly and professionally, delivering accurate and helpful information or forwarding messages to the appropriate individuals or departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer calls and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Take and forward accurate messages.
  • Maintain professionalism and composure in all interactions.
  • Record and manage customer interactions.
  • Follow client-specific instructions and guidelines.

Skills & Qualifications:
