Healthcare Virtual Assistants Wanted

Onsite position – Mérida, Mexico

Snapscale is hiring Healthcare Virtual Assistants to support established U.S. medical practices.

This is a professional, long-term onsite role focused on patient care and operational excellence.

What You'll Do

Answer inbound patient calls for doctors' offices

Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments

Navigate EMR systems

Verify insurance benefits (VOB)

Support prescription refill workflows

Who We're Looking For

Experience in a clinic, doctor's office, or hospital

Familiarity with medical terminology (medical billing knowledge is a plus)

Proficient in English (B2 or higher) and Spanish

Ideal Candidate

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting
