About the Role

Spero Solutions is hiring a Technical Recruiter focused on IT talent supporting federal clients.

This is a pure delivery role where you’ll:

• Work directly with BDMs on active task orders
• Build pipelines of IT professionals
• Drive submittals → interviews → placements

You’ll recruit for roles like:

• Data & Analytics (Data Engineers, BI, Analysts)
• PMO (Project Managers, Business Analysts)
• Technology Enablement roles

What Your Day Looks Like

• High-volume sourcing & cold outreach
• Candidate screening + closing
• Intake calls with BDMs to prioritize task orders
• Managing candidates through offer stage

This is a production-driven recruiting role.

Compensation

• Base + uncapped commission
• Commission ramp (3–6 months)
• Year 1 realistic OTE: ~$80K–$95K+
• Year 2+: $100K–$140K+
• Performance-driven upside

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years agency recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting IT roles (any of: data, PMO, software, infra, etc.)
• Strong sourcing + outbound skills
• Comfortable in high-volume, metrics-driven environments
• Desire to grow into higher earnings + possibly sales
