Responsibilities
As our Software Engineer, you will:
- Deliver high-quality, secure, scalable, and reusable front-end solutions that build customer trust and loyalty in our brand
- Actively participate in the definition, design, and delivery of new and existing products
- Quickly understand requirements and analyze existing resources to create, enhance, maintain, and support customer-facing experiences across web and mobile
- Produce user experiences reflective of wireframes, mockups, and the corporate style guide
- Apply industry best practices, including SEO optimization, accessibility, and performance, to every solution you ship
- Own the quality of your work through testing, debugging, and proactive support
- Maintain an ownership mentality for your team's products end-to-end
- Partner with your teammates to ensure secure, quality, and scalable solutions are delivered
Qualifications
Requirements:
- 4+ years of professional software development experience with a strong front-end focus
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, TypeScript, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks such as React and React Native
- Experience writing and maintaining automated tests, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing as part of a quality-first development culture
- Full-stack capability with hands-on experience in C# and .NET Core API development backed by relational or document-based database
- Experience delivering scalable solutions on a major cloud platform such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Demonstrated commitment to code quality through test coverage, code reviews, and adherence to engineering best practices
- Excellent written and oral communication skills required
- 4-year degree in a computer-related field or equivalent experience desired
