Key Responsibilities Include
- Assist with interviewing, screening, and onboarding new team members
- Support training and scheduling of office personnel
- Help maintain occupancy and delinquency goals
- Utilize leasing, marketing, and resident retention strategies to maximize performance
- Process purchase orders and invoices accurately
- Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and prospects
- Respond promptly and professionally to resident concerns and service requests
- Apply effective leasing and sales techniques to achieve rental goals
- Maintain professional communication and documentation standards
- Demonstrate professionalism and leadership in all resident and team interactions
- Minimum 1 year of multifamily/property management experience
- Strong customer service and resident relations skills
- Professional written and verbal communication abilities
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience
- Experience with Entrata property management software
- Leasing and marketing experience within multifamily housing
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
