Essential Job Functions
- Assist with gameday preparation of equipment, signage, and technology to ensure proper execution on gameday.
- Assist in all necessary equipment breakdown following each game.
- Assist in the ticket scan and guest escort portion of pregame pass pick up while monitoring access and offering exceptional service to our guests.
- Operate gameday assistant check-in and communicate issues accordingly.
- Operate gameday credential pick-up window, including database searches and credential printing.
- Prepare, distribute, and inventory all gameday credential supplies.
- Escalate and communicate credential requests and issues on gamedays.
- Support credential scanning operation and troubleshoot when necessary.
- Proactively assist guests with questions, directions, special accommodations, and requests.
- Support “Responsibility Has Its Rewards” program and troubleshoot any issues.
- Assist with the preparation of the Teammate Incentive program; set up and operate redemption tables on event days.
- Generate detailed evaluations that collect thorough and accurate feedback on the stadium guest experience as part of the Secret Shop Program.
- Work cohesively in a team dynamic to complete secret shop reports.
- Proactively provide assistance, answer questions, and communicate security protocols.
- Conduct facility sweeps to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all fans; report potential hazards or incidents to the Game Day Operations Center.
- Work in conjunction with all property vendors (i.e. law enforcement, food & beverage, security, retail, box office, etc.).
- Have full knowledge of the Las Vegas Raiders ticket and stadium policies.
- Have full knowledge of Allegiant Stadium gameday procedures and layout.
- Enforce the team rules, regulations, and policies of the Las Vegas Raiders, Allegiant Stadium, and the National Football League.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Must be available to work all Las Vegas Raiders home games as well as other Allegiant Stadium events as needed.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work extended hours and flexible schedule including nights and weekends as needed.
- Sitting for long periods of time throughout shift.
- Occasional lifting and carrying up to 25lbs.
- Occasional bending, kneeling, pushing, and pulling.
- Occasional standing for extended periods of time.
- Occasional walking long distances.
