Job Title: Content Author Specialist

Location: Boston, MA – HQ (Hybrid Model: Onsite Mon–Thu / Fridays WFH)

Duration: 17 Weeks + Possible Extension up to 6 Months


About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Content Author Specialist to support digital content operations for client. This role will be responsible for updating, maintaining, and publishing site content through CMS platforms while partnering closely with cross-functional digital, merchandising, planning, and design teams.

The ideal candidate has experience working with CMS tools, ecommerce operations, or customer-facing digital products and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Publish timely and accurate website content updates using CMS platforms
  • Maintain and manage site content across client
  • Partner with digital merchandising and seasonal planning teams to ensure content is properly scheduled and linked
  • Conduct QA testing for content updates, product launches, site refreshes, A/B testing, and acquisition campaigns
  • Collaborate with digital designers on asset requirements and provide feedback when needed
  • Troubleshoot website, CMS, and platform-related issues
  • Work with digital product teams to identify CMS enhancement opportunities
  • Maintain documentation, workflows, and best practices for content management
  • Support special projects, site enhancements, and additional digital initiatives as needed


Required Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in CMS content publishing, ecommerce operations, or related digital content functions
  • Experience working with customer-facing digital products preferred
  • Experience with SFCC (Salesforce Commerce Cloud) and FirstSpirit CMS preferred
  • Ability to quickly learn and onboard onto new tools and platforms
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter with strong problem-solving abilities


Preferred Skills

  • Salesforce platform experience
  • Ecommerce or retail digital operations experience
  • Experience supporting website QA and content validation


Education

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required
  • Equivalent experience and training will also be considered


Additional Information

  • Fridays are work-from-home
  • Previous Client experience is not required
  • Local candidates only will be considered
