Position Summary

Seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to serve as a trusted strategic partner to the CEO, providing high-level administrative and operational support in a fast-paced, confidential environment. This individual will play a critical role in managing the CEO’s priorities, advancing key initiatives, and ensuring seamless day-to-day coordination. The role will also serve as a resource to senior executives on a limited, as-needed basis and may support legal or contract-related matters depending on experience. Special project management and executive-level coordination as assigned by the CEO will be an important part of this position.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide sophisticated, high-level support to the CEO, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel planning, and prioritization of competing demands
  • Prepare and manage executive correspondence, agendas, presentations, reports, and follow-up action items
  • Serve as a trusted partner in helping the CEO manage priorities, deadlines, and strategic initiatives
  • Attend management level and/or confidential meetings with the CEO or potentially on the CEO's behalf
  • Coordinate special projects and executive initiatives as assigned by the CEO, ensuring timely execution and follow-through
  • Provide limited administrative and coordination support to senior executives, as needed
  • Assist with leadership meetings, executive communications, and organizational planning
  • Support legal-adjacent administrative matters, including contracts, document management, signature routing, and coordination with legal counsel, as applicable
  • Handle highly sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience supporting/working with C-suite executive(s), or senior leadership team
  • Demonstrated ability to operate with professionalism, discretion, and executive presence
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and project management skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and composure in a dynamic environment
  • Strong business judgment and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach

Experience with legal, contract, or governance-related support is a plus
