The Opportunity

We’re looking for an M&A Manager to play a key role in sourcing and executing acquisitions across the UK. This is a hands-on role with real exposure to senior leadership, focused on building a high-quality origination pipeline and delivering value-driven transactions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and assess M&A targets, supporting the UK leadership team in driving deal origination
  • Build and manage a robust acquisition pipeline across priority sectors
  • Conduct detailed market and competitor analysis to identify strategic opportunities
  • Lead financial analysis, valuation, and investment appraisals for potential acquisitions
  • Support deal execution from initial evaluation through to completion
  • Review and evaluate the performance and strategic fit of the existing portfolio post-acquisition


About You

  • ACA qualified (or equivalent), ideally trained in practice with strong transaction exposure
  • Solid financial modelling, valuation, and commercial analysis skills
  • Proven experience in M&A, corporate finance, transaction services, or in-house development
  • Commercially minded, with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders
  • Proactive, curious, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving deal environment
