We are working with a leading European provider of secure and reliable satellite communication solutions for critical infrastructure is looking for a Sales Manager / Head of Sales to join their growing team in Hamburg, Germany.
Working alongside world-leading technology partners, the business delivers near-global communication solutions across a range of industries including telecommunications, energy, offshore, oil & gas, and critical infrastructure. This is an opportunity to join a highly specialised organisation at the forefront of secure connectivity solutions.
This is a high-performing hunting sales role focused on driving new business growth across Europe, with a key focus on expanding into Poland, the Baltic States, and the UK.
You will be responsible for both the strategic and operational management of sales activities, taking ownership of developing new client relationships, generating pipeline, and closing business opportunities. The role requires a highly proactive and self-sufficient individual who thrives in outbound sales environments and is comfortable building relationships through many different avenues.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
• Identify, target, and win new business opportunities across Europe
• Manage and expand the customer portfolio
• Conduct outbound sales activity via phone, email, LinkedIn, Teams meetings, and in
person visits
• Negotiate and close commercial agreements
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows across Europe
• Work closely with internal teams to deliver customer-focused solutions
• Support expansion into new markets including Poland, the Baltic States, and the UK
Skills/Must have:
• Proven experience within a hunting/new business sales role
• Strong background in telecommunications or related industries
• Experience within satellite communications, LTE, fibre/fiberglass, radio communications, renewable energy, offshore/onshore, or oil & gas sectors
• Strong business development, negotiation, and closing skills
• Technical understanding of satellite communications
• Comfortable with frequent travel across Europe
• Highly self-motivated and proactive approach to sales
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills (English Speaking)
