Essential Services: Role & Location fungibility

The role descriptions give you an overview of the responsibilities, it is only directional and guiding in nature.

About the Program

ICICI Business Leadership Program is offered in partnership with NISM (an institute established by SEBI). The program offers Post Graduate Certificate in Securities Market (PGCSM). The program duration is of 1 year and it is offered at Patalganga (near Mumbai-Pune Expressway) campus of NISM.

This specialized and integrated program focuses on providing conceptual grounding, skill building and industry exposure. ICICI Bank has partnered with NISM to jointly offer One-year PGCSM which aims to create professionals such as Treasury dealers, Fund Managers, Analysts, Institutional Sales Professionals, and Investment Advisors in the securities markets.

The program offers a blend of classroom and hands-on learning. The curriculum is aligned to cater to the skills of the industry. On successful completion the participants are on boarded to ICICI Bank or its group companies at Manager –I grade.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Graduate in any discipline / CAs / Engineers
• Work Experience: Minimum of 3 years (full time)

Qualification

• Graduation with minimum 55% marks
• Minimum 60% marks in 10th & 12th standard with mathematics in 12th standard

Program Structure

Program Duration

• Term I, II & III: It comprises of 9 months of classroom training. Stipend of ₹ 10,000 per month
• Term IV: Internship at ICICI Bank for 3 months. Stipend of ₹ 50,000 per month

Placement at ICICI Bank

On successful completion of the course, which includes 9 months of classroom training and 3 months of internship, participants will join ICICI Bank at the Manager - Band I level.

The compensation will be in the range of ₹ 13-14 lakhs per annum (CTC).

Selection Process

Step 1: Online Aptitude Test:

Aptitude Test comprises below:

• Quantitative Aptitude
• Analytical and Reasoning Ability
• English Language
• General Awareness

Step 2: Interview (Face-to-Face)

Applicants who successfully clear the aptitude test shall be invited for an in-person interview. Detailed information regarding interview will be shared on the registered email ID.

Program Fee: The program fee is ₹ 4 lakhs plus applicable GST, and must be paid to the training partner.
