This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Consultant located in Surrey, B.C. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for assisting customers with their vehicle purchases by providing product knowledge and consultation tailored to individual needs. Additional tasks include building and maintaining strong customer relationships, addressing inquiries, delivering exceptional customer experiences, meeting sales goals, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the entire purchase process.
- Proven skills in Sales Consulting and the ability to assist customers effectively through the decision-making process
- Experience in delivering exceptional Customer Service with a focus on Customer Satisfaction
- Strong Communication skills to engage with clients and team members effectively
- Proficiency in providing tailored Consulting services to meet individual client needs
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to achieve and exceed sales goals
- A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- An understanding of the automotive industry and experience in sales is an asset
