CityLaw Group is a boutique law firm in Surrey, BC, with a team of experienced lawyers providing services in Immigration, Family Law, Criminal Defence, Personal Injury and Litigation and related areas. With a steady flow of 20+ new leads every day, we are expanding our client‑intake team.

We are looking for a Sales Managers who is knowledgeable, client‑focused, and experienced in Canadian immigration to support our growing practice.


Position Overview

Job Title: Sales Manager – Immigration & Office Administrator

Location: Surrey, BC

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in Canadian immigration sales

Compensation: Base salary + strong commissions (earning potential $100,000+ annually)


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to daily inbound leads in a timely and professional manner
  • Conduct initial consultations to understand client needs and eligibility
  • Schedule appointments with lawyers and ensure smooth coordination
  • Maintain aggressive and consistent client follow‑up to support conversions through CRM
  • Guide clients through the retainer and onboarding process
  • Work closely with the processing team and lawyers to ensure accurate case handling
  • Maintain organized records and CRM updates for all client interactions
  • Provide a positive, ethical, and supportive client experience


What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Canadian immigration sales (mandatory)
  • Strong understanding of Judicial Review, IRB, Detention Review, IAD, Express Entry, PNPs, LMIA, Work Permits related programs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage a fast‑paced environment with high lead volume
  • Strong follow‑up discipline and client‑relationship management
  • Professional, ethical, and service‑oriented approach
  • Comfortable working closely with lawyers and legal teams
