Role Description

The Client Manager will act as the primary point of contact for customers, fostering and maintaining strong client relationships. Responsibilities include managing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery of services, coordinating production schedules, and addressing customer needs. The Client Manager will handle client communication, provide product recommendations, and work closely with the production team to meet expectations and uphold high-quality standards. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Muskegon, MI.

Qualifications

• Client relationship management and strong communication skills
• Project coordination and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in customer service and account management
• Basic knowledge of visual merchandising, branding, and signage production is a plus
• Detail-oriented and organized professional with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with online order management platforms
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
