Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Langley, BC, for a Sales Consultant. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting vehicles, conducting product demonstrations, negotiating prices, closing sales, and maintaining ongoing customer relationships. Key responsibilities include understanding customer needs, presenting vehicle features and offerings, and ensuring a superior customer experience. This role requires daily collaboration with the sales team and adherence to company sales standards.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills, with a passion for helping others
- Proven sales or negotiation experience in a similar industry is advantageous
- Knowledge of Dodge, Jeep, and Chrysler vehicles or a willingness to learn product details and features
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with sales software or CRM systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve sales targets
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or business is a plus
