Job Title: SME/Senior associates - Talent Acquisition

Timings: 10:00 AM – 12:30 PM
Venue: Tata Consultancy Services Ltd, Olympus A, Security Block Hiranandani Estate, Ghodbunder Road, Patlipada, Thane (W) 400607, Maharashtra, India.
Shift: Should be comfortable with Night Shift & 24x7 Rotational Support. Work from Office only
Experience Required: 4 to 6 years

Eligibility:
• Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)
• Should be flexible with night shifts & rotation shifts
Role Summary:
Provides SME support to Talent Acquisition Team. The ideal candidate will provide expertise in recruitment strategies, processes, tools, and compliance. This role ensures best practices are implemented across the team, supports complex hiring needs, and acts as go-to expert.
Role Responsibilities –
- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets.
- Lead recruitment for niche or high-impact roles requiring specialized sourcing.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment for assigned business units.
- Allocate requisitions and monitor workload distribution.
- Act as escalation point for complex and critical roles.
- Act as the go-to expert for TA systems (ATS), workflows, and reporting.
- Audit recruitment practices for consistency and quality.
- Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality standards.
- Track team performance against KPIs (time-to-fill, quality of hire).
- Provide regular updates on hiring progress, challenges, and solutions.
Qualification –
- 4-6 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of TA process, systems, and practices.
- Ability to handle sensitive and escalated cases with professionalism.
- Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and reporting skills.
- Bachelor’s degree (Any Stream)
- Experience with industry-specific sourcing tools
- Ability to use social media platforms for recruitment
- Good communication (verbal and written), organizational, and coordination skills
- Strong service orientation with demonstrated desire and willingness to serve the team and its customers
- Ability to take initiative; be proactive without waiting for direction; strong sense of personal accountability
- Ability to multitask and manage high-volume queries
